Starfish Seashell
Quietest cleanest beaches in USA?
Where should we go in April if we aren't into touristy destinations. Just warmer (than upstate NY) and seashells, and clean white sand, and fish, crabs, starfish etc. Can not afford airfare to Hawaii though.
Have been to All the common popular beaches north of VA Beach. Would like south of that or else CA maybe?
Caladesi Island State Park in Florida has a great beach that is clean and beautiful. It's been named the number 1 beach in the U.S. You can only reach it by ferry, no cars allowed. You can find shells there, too. I went there on a recent trip to Clearwater. Well worth the visit.
