There is some products of our company:
1.Ball Mill----The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material. The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
2.MTM Trapezium Mill----This mill is widely used in many industrial fields, such as building, chemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, nonmetal, abrasive, bearing materials, ceramic, steel, thermal power, bricks & tiles, coal industry, etc. It can grind these materials which are 9 or less on the Meshes scale, and moisture is below 6%., and they should be non-explosive and non-flammable mining materials. The final size can be adjusted from 30 to 400 meshes easily. There are thousands of materials our machine can grind. The typical materials are cement (raw meal and cement clinker), quartz, feldspar, calcite, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, graphite, fluorite, aedelforsite, phosphate ore, fused calcium-magnesium phosphate, car amide, electrolytic manganese metal, ferromanganese, coal, gangue, slag, zirconium, steatite, granite, orthoclase, marble, barites, ceramics, glass, etc.
3.High Pressure Mill----The High Pressure Mill is a new kind of Mill, which is invented by Zenith company chief engineer Mr Bai yinghui, who has been engaged in the suspension Mill's research and development for many years. This new patent product——the High Pressure Mill , with high efficiency and low energy consumption has opened up an epoch of the international pulverizing industry.
4.MCF Coarse Powder Mill----Zenith MCF Coarse Powder Mill series is a kind of new high-tech milling machine to meet the requirements of sand processing customers. Based on years' research experience of our experts in the milling industry and considering recommendations & requirements of domestic and foreign clients, it is the ideal equipment to replace Raymond Mill, mill, ball mill, and other traditional which only process powder materials. It is high-efficiency equipment and widely applied in quartz sand, silica sand, foundry sand, fine sand and other sand abrasive industry. By being a component of closed production lines, it can produce various size products of better effect.
5.XZM Ultrafine Mill----Zenith XZM Ultrafine mill is widely used in making fine powder or micro powder, a new kind of machine for producing fineness and ultra-powder. grinding mill is mainly used for grinding the material with middle and low hardness, below 6% moisture, and the material should be non-explosion and non-flammability, such as: calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, steatite, mica, magnetite, iolite, pyrophillite, vermiculite, meerschaum, attapulgite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore pumice, etc. The size of the finished production can be adjusted between 325-2500 mesh.
6.LM Vertical Mill----LM-series vertical roller mill is one advanced mill, adopting top technology domesic and abroad, and based on many years' mill experiences. It can crush, dry, grind, and classify the materials.
LM series vertical roller mill can be widely used in such industries as cement, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral. It is used to grind granular and powdered materials into powder with required fineness.

8.Grinding Plant----Grinding Plant is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer's specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or MTM medium speed trapezium mill.
Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lift to storage room by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned there.
