Healing the Heart Chakra- Fire Breathing Exercise for Healing the Heart Chakra
If you are interested in healing the heart chakra, you can do so using a variety of different techniques or methods. The element of this chakra is air, so in this article i will teach you how to use the "Fire Breathing Exercise" as an easy step to start your healing of the heart chakra. Do not perform this exercise if you are currently menstruating.
Here is a step by step summary of this special breathing technique:
* Begin by sitting in a comfortable position
*Keep your spine straight and extend your neck with your chin slightly back as if you were a soldier at attention.
* Now close your eyes and let your hands rest at your thighs.
* Try and let your stomach muscles relax
* Begin breathing through your nostrils at a rapid pace. The emphasis on your inhalation and exhalation should be equal.
* You will want to keep the breath shallow, just at the tip of the nose. Try beginning at a comfortable pace and then work on establishing a steady rhythm. Don't pay too much attention to your chest and diaphragm, just stay relaxed. You will find the stomach pulses on its own in rhythm to the breath.
* Continue this for one minute and then relax.
If you want to take this exercise to the next level, increase the speed of your breathing even farther and increase the duration to three minutes instead of just one minute.
For the even more advanced practitioners, increase the speed and power of your breathing and perform this exercise for eleven minutes.

Open Your Heart quickly
Here is an excellent technique to quickly open your heart chakra. It is particularly useful in times when you feel a bit weak or not as compassionate as you know it could be.
With an open heart chakra energy comes from the acceptance, compassion and unconditional love. Not to mention, it feels good!
There are a number of excellent meditations heart chakra and visualization techniques to help you open your heart chakra, but today we will focus on a technique to help you to open on site.
This technique is sometimes called "the coup of fraud" because it activates the thymus gland in the chest. Metaphysically speaking, you turn your heart chakra.
Here's how you do. At the same time,
- Smile
- Think someone you love
- Make a fist with your hand
- Thud in the middle of the chest 3 sets of 3, saying: "ja, ja, ja, ja, ja, ja, ja, ja, ja "
That's it!
With this simple technique, your chakra is open and begin immediately begin to feel more loving and open to the world.
Something funny is I like to do after of 9 shots, keep beating until it completely bust out laughing. (This usually takes only a few strokes.) Explosions of origin spontaneous laugh without reason is a great sign of an open heart. Simply push the good feeling.
Continue using this technique and help you in your quest to be more loving, kind, compassionate, and accepting everybody, including you, at any time. This is the greatest gift you can give.
